"Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

"We ended up last minute taking a ferry to Vesiques for the bioluminescence and booked a room at the old crow. It was beautiful and the surroundings made us wish we had booked a few days at this location just to recharge our batteries. Staff super friendly. Pool and property gorgeous."

"Perfect quiet little cabin. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Beautiful views. Pool was amazing and open all night, clear sky and can see many stars. Breakfast and dinner are available, although we didnt eat there. Only stayed 1 night to explore the island and kayak at night to see the bioluminescent...which I highly recommend during a new moon."

"I did not get room cleaned and new towels for three days and they still charged me room service. They also charge for Parking - which I found very odd. I had to ask for new towels and also a microwave because the room did not have one. Overall, the resort was very clean and beautiful atmosphere, just a lot of hidden fees."

"The water park was outstanding. Great for the kids. palomino Island was a little bit of a let down, but was more because the wind was strong that day and affected the snorkeling. Be careful because if you aren’t in line early enough for the ferry you might miss it. Great restaurants on site. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Lots to do."
