The hotel room was old, had no ventilation or aircondition only a small window to open. Swimmingpool not part of hotel and hotel sells you tickets that your kids don’t need. Recommend avoid eating anything here, overpriced and bad taste.

Overall a decent stay, Overpriced food from the pool/terrase restaurant. This is the first hotel ever where I did not witness a mini-fridge. The room was very spacious to have one but apparently they have decided not to.

Good for families

This is a good hotel for families but for me it wasn’t a good experience as, unfortunately, I didn’t check if there was AC and the temperatures at that time were around 40 degrees, making it almost impossible to sleep. There was one small fan which was a joke. Too small to do any difference in the room. I was there for business only, so of course different from the families with kids using the time in and around all the pool facilities. For families I’m sure they love it. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was obviously holidays.

Past its glory days

The hotel must have had its moment of glory in the past but certainly not when we visited it. It is located in a beatiful area, but it is old fashioned and in need of a renovation. We booked a family room with 2 twin beds but we got an old basic room with two beds and a sofa-bed. After complaining we got another room with 2 beds plus 2 roll-out beds. That inconvenience has to be mentioned when booking, a sofa bed or roll-out bed is not a valid equivalent of a decent bed! It was quite uncomfortable to also wake up at 5am at dawn because the curtains do not block the light. Breakfast is nothing to be proud of either. Cleaners do not respect the DO NOT DISTURB signs. We will not come back.

This is a giant hotel, by Swedish standards. It is a concept hotel, just like the resorts in other parts of Europe. The staff are very kind and friendly and do their very best to help. But the hotel is absolutely gigantic so it is impossible for staff to be everywhere all the time. When we checked in, we first got a room where the sofa bed was broken. We called reception and someone came within 15 minutes to give us keys to a new room just down the hall. But the new room was not cleaned yet and staff were working hard to clean. The general state of the rooms are ok, but a bit dated. No a/c so it gets very hot if you don’t open the windows. If you open the windows, you have mosquitoes…Parking is all over the place, so it’s not a problem. The pool is lots of fun for the family (you pay extra if you are not an “all inclusive” guest). There are two slides and it’s quite a fun experience. They have kids shows and kids play room as well as lots of other places where kids can play. Mini golf and paddle next to the hotel. Even a playground outside by the mini golf. Beautiful park to walk around in. The breakfast is surprisingly nice and clean, which was a nice surprise since they are all-inclusive guests and this is a huge hotel. Would actually come back because we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Överlag fint och hjälpsam personal. Det som störde lite var att ett element på rummet inte gick att stänga av eftersom automatshunten var förstörd. Ett annat litet smolk i upplevelsen var att räkmackorna var ganska torra och hade alldeles för lite majonäs.

Slitet hotell.

Slitet hotell samt hotellrum. Väldigt långt att gå från reception till hotellrum. Nu slutet av september men sommartid lär det vara mycket svårt att få rummet mörkt nattetid. Stort ljusgenomsläpp. Trots låg bokningstid och bokande av superior rum fick vi rum precis utanför tak där det tydligen pågick något arbete. Hade arbetare traskande runt precis utanför fönstret vilket var mindre trevligt. Väldigt. Armt i rummet. Troligen från handdukstork i badrum som vi inte lyckades stänga av. Luktade bränt i badrum.
