They automatically put you in a handicapped room when you book through Expedia. It has happened to me and I know the hotel was at half capacity. I had to switch rooms. Make sure you ask at the desk before they check you in!

Bathrooms are dangerous and unacceptable. They still have old fixtures like low bathtubs and shower curtains. Also bathroom lack counter or shelf space. Will not stay there again.

Would not stay there again. They charge to park $15 a night, in a parking lot that is shared by another hotel and two restaurants. There are signs posted all around that state that you are parking at your own risk. There were very limited amenities in the room, no coffee packets one day and then only decaf coffee packets in the room another day. Overall it was not a great stay. Would not recommend.

Stayed at this hotel to visit my friend for his birthday arrived two hours early and asked to check in early the lady on the phone was super rude when telling us check in wasn't til three i can understand not being able to check in early but her tone and disrespect was uncalled for. Checked in and was supposed to have a king size bed and couch bed the bed was a queen i asked for two queens instead and they couldn’t accommodate me. I go in the bathroom and the bathroom ceiling is leaking and the dry wall is falling off… then try to shower and the shower curtain was 6 inches to short so the water went under the curtain and flooded the bathroom explaining why the ceiling was leaking from upstairs… had to ask for more towels to clean the floor and didn't receive them the next day so had to soak up the water with the few towels i had and my dirty clothes. we went out to dinner come back and theres no pillows or blankets for the couch bed had to go down to the front desk after midnight to ask for bedding waited over 30 mins to receive it… also was not informed that the parking was $15 dollars a night when booking. Over all a terrible experience not

Stayed 2 nights with family. Hotel was in good condition. Room was comfortable. Lobby had a nice sitting area. But nothing is offered. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby and no continental breakfast in the morning. There’s a Red Lobster and a Smoky Bones right outside the parking lot so that was convenient. Parking was fairly easy but there’s a small fee of 15$/night to park. I wasn’t thrilled with the attentiveness of the staff. I asked for house keeping for the next day and when I arrived back to the room at the end of the day, they had never come to make up the room. I called the front desk to complain and ask them for more towels considering housekeeping never replaced them and when they finally came up with the towels, they fumbled up the amount of towels I had requested so obviously attention wasn’t being paid on my request. Overall hotel was nice but I would not stay again.
