"The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room needed attention such as a burned out bathroom light and a working shower. The only thing available in the bathroom was a blow dryer, towels and a small bar of soap. The company needs to invest more into room renovations. The staff though could not be more considerate"

He ignored my questions, made visible faces of annoyance, and made us feel like a burden rather than paying guests. We were with kids, and his cold attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I expected much better service from this establishment."

We literally could hear people talking all night long, and at different volumes and number of people talking. We figured out where it was coming from and it was the lobby. We had a room over looking the lobby and it was open like a loft. Don't get rooms in this area. "

"Ants in the bathroom, dirty floors, pubic hair and splatter on the counter tops in the bathroom. Otherwise bed linens were clean. Coffee was good. TV was in working order. Door locks were loose and had to run the key card several times before it took. Front desk was helpful."

"I was disappointed with the condition of the bath room. A broken and repaired lid on the toilet. A long hair on the towels and the shower/tub was in bad need of reglazing. I took pictures, which I can send. I also showed the photos to the front desk upon check out. The front desk agent apologized."
