The Hotel had a nice cosy feel to it. There was not much help with the baggage though & as we had a loft room some of us (older people)found it difficult to carry the cases as there were a few steps & no lifts.The breakfast was of very good quality & the rooms were really nice. People were helpful. However there was a book of things we should not do for example it was strictly forbidden to use the fridge (mini bar)for personal use. We has bought some cheese & did not want to leave it out. It...

Fantastic hotel in great central location to explore Rome. V quiet location just off a Main Street. The service even before we arrived was fantastic Providing us with top tips on where to eat and details about the hotel. Great breakfast with wide choice and enough to your room everyday. The drinks and snacks from 6.39-8pm was an added bonus. Overall, I would definitely stay there again if I returned to Rome.

The hotel was fantastic and in a great location, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the Vatican. Ernesto and his family were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

From the start the staff are very friendly! They made an effort to remember your room number after recognising you. I liked that they ask you to hand in your room key when you go out. Saves you losing it. The room was very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The blackout curtains worked a treat. The bathroom was huge and every amenities you could need was available. A small boutique B&B close to all the main sites. Violet and Roxanna couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely and the omelettes were amazing. Our room had a hairdryer which it doesnt state in the room amenities so that would have been handy to know beforehand. A little hard to find as there is no sign outside but google maps shows exactly where it is. Was such an amazing holiday and returning to our comfy room every night was a blessing. Excellent stay at the hotel with very helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure we made the most out of Rome. The rooms were extremely clean and modern and the breakfast was homemade and lovely as well! Would definitely recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Central location for tourist spots and clean throughout the hotel, staff very attentive and helpful even providing a great espresso at breakfast from the espresso machine when asked rather than bean to cup machine.

Fabulous stay in apartment full of character and history right in the heart of Rome . Boutique hotel rooms looked amazing , apartment we stayed in was quirky , full of character and an excellent choice for those that want to self cater a bit . Me and my partner stayed at Rome life Hotel for a weekend break in April. Everything about the hotel was ideal the rooms were very clean and modern and the hotel staff were very friendly and would go out of their way to assist you. The location of the hotel is perfect minutes away from a busy high street with lots of restaurants but yet hidden away in a quiet street. 10 minute walk from the colosseum, Trevi fountain and Spainish steps. Staff were absolutely brilliant very attentive and extremely willing to assist couldn’t be more impressed. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning and consisted of a hot drink(s), yoghurt, fruit juice, pastry and sandwich/ toastie. Only slight negative was that the room was one floor above street level and was at times noisy with traffic and people.

Stay was great , and room was great! Area was excellent, right in the middlle of all the shops.

Superb location, 10 minutes to Termini train station and 30 minutes to colosseum. Excellent shops, supermarkets and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Quirky and massive bedroom and bathroom. Had fridge, coffee making facilities, full SKY package. Room was immaculate and took care of Gluten free in eating area. Food was of good quality and coffee was excellent. All staff were very welcoming and accommodating to your needs. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Nice hotel. Enjoyed my five days there. The note is very close to Termini (Five minute walk) which is great for the airports. Twenty minute wal to the Spanish steps and about the same for the colosseum and forum. Would stay again

Absolutely fantastic location. Walking distance to every thing you'd possibly want to see but also great for bus and train routes should you prefer. The staff couldn't do enough for us, very friendly and helpful and made our stay wonderful. Would 100% return to this hotel and recommend.
