Overall the property was good. It was only for a one night stay after a late arrival at the airport. It’s very convenient for the airport as you can walk from/to the airport
Just a stopover from Greece, very convenient and clean hotel. Close proximity to the airport and only a 40 minute drive to the colosseum and restaurants.

There was nothing special about this property. Confused as to why we were assigned a handicapped room? Do all seniors get a handicapped room?
Bathroom products were over the moon… excellent. Now I have to find them on line somewhere.

Great if you are arriving late to Rome and need to be near the airport. The property is a bit run down and the amenities were a bit disappointing for a Hilton but overall clean and the staff was friendly.

We had read some bad reviews about this hotel so our expectations were low. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We had an outstanding stay!!
The hotel was clean, quiet, and the dinner and breakfast were fantastic!
My room had terrible fan noise in it and I had to wait around for a technician to confirm it was bad (it was) before I was allowed to change room, which was very inconvenient . When I changed room, I was sent to a much smaller room by the train track but the people at the front desk were very rude and unhelpful about me changing room again. Very disappointed.
Hotel is attached to the Rome airport. Made it super easy to stay waiting for next flight. Hotel also has a bar and restaurant on location. Both are a little $$ but it is only one around.
Hotel really needs a remodel. Looks very dated and the bathroom in particular was more three star than four star. The staff and the food were very good though and made up for the star of the room. The lasagne was outstanding.
The hotel is very convenient for the airport and you walk under cover the whole way. It's quite a walk for sure but super convenient

Good location within the airport, although it required a fair amount of walking. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast and lunch!
Room was entirely too warm for sleeping. A/C barely operated. Two elevators were not running, so leaving the hotel with luggage took much longer than expected.

The only positive about this hotel is that it is connected to the airport so you don’t have to worry about getting a ride.

The hotel had everything we needed and the service was a delight. The staff was so nice and courteous and really went out of their way to help out. I highly recommend staying here. Especially if you are catching the plane or come in on a plane. The location is great!
The hotel keeps up the reputation of Hiltons.
However, it is aging and needs some renovations. The safe in my room did not work. The light for the magnifying mirror in the bathroom did not light up. A plug on the left side of the desk was detaching from the wall. The sheer behind the curtain was falling off the rail and was dragging on the floor.
I was a bit surprised by this poor maintenance.

This hotel is connected to the airport which is very convenient if you have an early flight or are getting in very late. Otherwise, it's overpriced for the condition of the property. Rooms are outdated. They charge for WIFI - it's 2024??? The location is the only reason I stay here (I've stayed multiple times) otherwise I would chose somewhere else.

This hotel is perfectly located near the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. All great for a one-night stay.
That property needed a whole lot of upgrade. The pool was so dirty, the ladder going down the pool was about to fall off. My favorite was the buffet. Only chose it because it was next to the airport but overall stay 2 out of 10.
This is a perfect stay before a flight out of Leonardo de Vinci airport

A typical airport strip 3 star hotel nothing special. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Only reason I stayed there was because I had an early flight and the hotel is connected via an indoor bridge to the airport.
The bridge however is a bit sketchy with homeless people sleeping in the tunnel. Food at the hotel is overpriced I suggest you walk to the airport as the food there is cheaper.

Excellent is the best word to describe the entirety of our stay at the Hilton Rome Airport. Employees are happy and very willing to please. Front Desk staff is cordial and efficient. Wait staff is alert and prompt. The food is delicious. The facility is immaculate. The service is impeccable. The gym and pool are exceptional. I’ve stayed here before and will stay here again.
