"Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. There is no personality at the place except the cleaning persons. The place itself is really wonderfully and room...

"Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable."

"Jeg skulle bruge dette hotel til gennemrejse, så bare en overnatning på vej hjem fra ferie. Check in lukker 22.30 men have skrevet med hotellet og de lovede mig at sende koder så vi bare kunne komme ind på værelset når vi kom om natten. Men de sendte ikke koder og selv om jeg rykkede for det kom de ikke tilbage med koder. Og nu har jeg betalt for noget som jeg ikke har fået. Det er heller ikke nemt at finde dette hotel, hvis jeg skal være ærlig ved jeg faktisk ikke om det findes. Min...

"I arrived on a Monday but was disappointed to learn the restaurant was shut. Had to drive back into Düren for food. Germany doesn't seem to like Mondays! Hotel is good, if not slightly tired, but very clean and I slept well. My Monday evening disappointment was short lived following a very welcoming and wonderful breakfast. Very nice staff."

"The staff is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a great selection. Dinner is offered as well, which is very convenient if you don't feel like driving into the city. Overall, a nice place to stay!"
