I’m writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel in Rolla, Missouri. While I initially hesitated to speak up, I’ve given it some thought and feel it’s important to provide honest feedback on my experience.
Due to extended travel, over seven hours on the road, I was too fatigued to continue safely and decided to stop in Rolla for rest. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet even the most basic expectations of comfort or cleanliness.
The condition of the room was so poor that I felt compelled to sleep fully clothed and opted not to use the shower. This was not a decision I took lightly, but rather one driven by my concern for hygiene and overall room conditions.
While I understand that travel accommodations can vary, I was truly disappointed by both the lack of quality and the overall customer service experience. After such a long day on the road, I had hoped for a restful and safe place to recharge. Sadly, that was not the case.
