"I thought it was a nice motel to stay, was only there for a nigh.t, room was really clean but it had a weird smell, but still nice and clean. The next time i book i would like to try the sun facing rooms or upstairs as it was a bit cold and dark where we stayed, the lady at reception was also very nice and i like that you opened your door with the last 4 digits of your phone number, Thanks WAVE, appreciated our one night stay"

"Thank you Hotel Grand Chancellor for an amazing night out in the city for my birthday celebration. This hotel is absolutely amazing! We had a harbour view room which was so beautiful. This hotel is very elegant with impeccable staff. Also Great location and easy to find. Just know that parking is at Sky City carpark, but it is an easy two minute walk back across to the hotel. "This hotel was a wonderful way to finish our vacation in New Zealand. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the service in the bar and restaurant. Tristan was great.
