"This was my fourth visit to Saint Lucia third stay at Coco Palm. The service and the grounds have changed tremendously. There was no hot water only luke warm water only, the air condition did not work. The staff was busy congregating and gossiping than assisting quest. I will not be staying at this spot again."

Service was excellent from check-in to departure. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. "Hotel was lovely, and staff were very friendly and attentive. We stayed at the end of season and it was very quiet and maybe this is the reason it lacked atmosphere. Lots of maintenance happening while we were there as they were gearing up for a busy week with the jazz festival. The hotel is a short walk from the marina with several dining options there (needed as the choices at the hotel were very limited) but otherwise not much is within walking distance. A free shuttle bus is available hourly to ship guests between the 3 Bay Gardens hotels in Rodney Bay and is useful for trips to Reduit beach (free loungers and non-motorised watersports) but looking at the other hotels made this one feel very much the poor cousin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but were glad once we hired a car and could get out a bit more. We would probably not choose to stay here again, but would happily opt for another of the Bay Garden hotels."

"Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Grounds and pool were well maintained. Location is good - quiet and you can walk to restaurants, grocery store, beach if you don't have a car. Samantha, the property manager was very helpful"
