"It appears this property is being renovated. The pool was closed (no big deal) but the gym was also closed and that was a problem. The property description mentioned no pool but said there was a gym. It looked like you could only get to the gym by going through the pool area. If I'd known the gym was closed, I would've chosen a different hotel."
"I was greeted as I entered the lobby. The front desk was kind and smiling. She appeared happy. She quickly checked me in and gave directions to our room. The halls were clean. Elevator could have had a spot clean but nothing terrible. Our room was at a good temperature and we did not have to mess with it at all. The room was clean and organized. All staff we came in contact with were pleasant. Checkout was quick and again front desk staff were smiling and promptly addressed me as I walked up....
