Stay one night on trip up East Coast. Very clean and roomy especially for a hotel right off the I95 Interstate. Staff was excellent and very responsive. Note - be aware of limited hours staff is on-site on weekends.

Wonderful place!!

Very quiet, perfectly maintained and a friendly staff! What more could you hope for? I lugged my coffeemaker in before I realized one was furnished!! Great night’s sleep, and ready to get back in the race!!

Bed Bugs on bed. I have photos. Left the facility and notified lodging before I left. Sent photos to the staff at place and spoke directly with them. Requested a refund. They refused. Sent to Expedia. They stated that the hotel was not responding. The two companies put me in a “they have to” no “they have to” cycle. So, no refund. Seriously will not, after years of patronage, not ever use Expedia again. The hotel got some free money from me. They don’t care about people.

It is what it is. $63 a night is a steal so I really can’t complain about anything. It’s dated but it’s clean, has a micro, stove top and a fridge with ice cold AC. It’s a W.

Be aware that the office was closed at 8pm for check in, and the number provided by Expedia was incorrect. I finally went back around and knocked loudly and an irritable man came out from an adjacent room and provided me with the keys after stating that he had texted me earlier, which he had not. Otherwise, the property is terrific at a great price

I was not able to stay in my room. The hotel canceled my room without calling me. Horrible customer service. Hotels.com was not even helpful after 35 minutes on the phone with them.

Dirty carpet, dirty furniture, just plain ugly. The people next door had an argument for over 1 hour until cops show up. Felt like an episode of cops. At one point felt like we were in danger. Worst experience, do not even try it. AWFUL!!

No customer service at all just a letter with my name on it and key cards just out in open. Worse part was huge trailer at front with huge anti israel basically supporting hamas saying dont forget the genocide. When your looking for a comfortable stay thats not exactly what you want to look out your window at.The door was broke had to slam it shut and run against it to open it. Ill definitely never stay at that chain again.

Staff were available when needed. Although property needs to take care of the apartments. I suggest eliminating the rugs, they were extremely dirty with old stains. There were roaches. The cable service was not properly working.
