"Furniture in the room were dirty. Ceiling and walls in the bathroom dirty. Ac was not draining the water. Making a lot of noise. Other doors were locked to make it very inconvenient to park close to your room. Had to walk around the building"

"The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed."

"We stayed at Landing for 4 nights. It was our 1st time booking an apt. instead of a hotel room. We wanted more space for our 60-lb dog. The apt was clean, neat & cozy. The area was quiet. Customer service was great. I would recommend Landing for the reasons above. We drove from NY to NC (12-hr drive). ..."
