"Setting was reflective of the"peaceful side of the Smokies."

"The room was clean and check in instructions were easy to follow. Breakfast was delicious each day. Parking was fine but sometimes not enough space to park at the end of the day. Not too much they can do about that. The only thing that was lacking was not enough utensils/plates/bowls etc in the room. The view was amazing and the property provided a great deal of privacy. I would definitely recommmend this location and stay here again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RT Lodge. Staff was fantastic! They were all well put together polite and were there to help you with anything that you needed. The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city."

"My tv did not work either night I was there. I reported it the morning following my first night and they said they would fix it. Still didn’t work the second night. Also the building I was in was 20-30 feet from a road. I was not aware of this when I booked. If I ever book again I will specify the location of the room as well as verify that the tv works. The Tremont is centrally located to everything you would want to do. The staff was very friendly and tried to help with my issues."

"I travel to Townsend a couple of times a year to visit GSMNP and have stayed at numerous hotels in that area. This was my first time at The Parkman. Property was clean and staff were efficient. My only complaint was that my room did not have a mini-fridge and microwave. The property is undergoing some renovations and I hope they add mini-fridges and microwaves to all their rooms. The restaurant next door is also under renovation so there is no breakfast offering at the current time."

"I have stayed in this hotel twice primarily for the convenience of location to airport and many restaurants. As an IHG platinum member I was not recognized upon check in. I was in room 106 first visit which was located very close to front desk and dining hall. It was very noisy in the morning. I requested room on higher level at end of hall, however was given room 110 on second visit which I experienced same problem. Upon arrival the room appeared clean, yet it had a musty odor. "Easy to park, convenient breakfast, the one staff member I witnessed during my stay was very helpful, but I believe she was there running the front desk in the evening, was also running it still in the morning and working on serving all of the breakfast items. Yet, she was still pleasant and helpful. Kudos to her. The hotel was close to the airport, looked nice outside, had an easy parking lot to navigate luggage (nice and flat), and was very reasonably priced compared to others. The only thing...

"Overall hotel was great, pool was way too cold to enjoy for my old bones. Apparently someone was having a party the first night we stayed because the smell of Marijuana was overwhelming, but that is of no fault of the hotel. Otherwise enjoyed our stay."

"I have stayed in several hotels in this area and decided on this hotel because they offered laundry which I needed. I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities such as the fitness center , laundry facilities and the room itself. I gave it a 4 star for cleanliness only because the hallway and garbage by the elevator was overflowing and it smelled strong. The room itself was clean and quiet and I loved the wall unit A/C. It was well stocked with supplies. I would definitely stay here again."
