Older hotel but well kept. Hotel staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Location to Mayo is superb however the construction in the area makes navigation a bit challenging. This is our go-to hotel when visiting Mayo.

Construction everywhere around the hotel. Not their fault, Mayo is in a major building project and the noise during the day at times is almost unbearable. Hotel staff and service was excellent.

Staff were very courteous. Continental breakfast was very nice. Rooms were very comfortable and large enough. Lounge area with pool' pool table and snacks was very welcoming. Breakfast nook was great.

We loved the convenience of the hotel with the hospital and clinic, the subways are great to use. We were thrilled to have the parking of the hotel, it made less worries for us coming and going. We had to stay longer than planned and the hotel was very gracious to let us stay in our rooms. It was just a good experience for us.
