The staff at the Mayo Hilton are the absolute kindest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. Seriously amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to help. The hotel is attached to a skywalk so once you arrive at the hotel you can use the valet option for your vehicle and walk to Mayo. The skywalk is filled with shops of all kinds. The skywalk is easy to navigate.

Location is perfect for staying near any Mayo facility. Plus you are near shopping and restaurants besides having 2 great options in the hotel. If we need to come back we will definitely be staying here again.

Room was spotless- stayed on 18th floor, so had a great dinner in the Executive Lounge. Staff were very welcoming. A bit expensive, but worth it when traveling for appointments at the Mayo Clinic.
