"Love this place! Second time staying with this property. my sister and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate her birthday and the staff had a left a card and some sweet treats. Love that their double room has two queen beds and the balcony is a great feature. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. In room bottled water is a big draw for us. Only downside, for us, is no microwave in the room for door dash."

"This hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and kind, but it felt quite dated and our room was a little bit underwhelming, given the price point. It was also very, very busy with cruise ship passengers (i.e. expect long line ups at reception and the restaurants/cafes). It was my first time staying in downtown Vancouver, so I didn't realize how walkable the downtown core is. On a future visit, I will likely choose something a bit more modern and/or closer to the waterfront."

"La habitación es una habitación regular y normal. El hotel es muy caro para lo que es. Habitación con polvo, teléfono no servía, la habitación de al lado tenía una fiesta con gente cantando y gritando a las 11 pm y hubo que pedir que actúen. Tarifa de 550 dólares la noche NO incluye desayuno ni incluye internet wifi. Hay mejores opciones en los alrededores por la mitad del precio y que incluyen desayuno e internet. El restaurante es bueno pero MUY caro."
