Everything that was within their control was amazing! They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. I would definitely stay there again in a different occasion.

Fabulous and expansive ocean and beach experience, swimming in calm water was amazingly relaxing. Hotel design, grounds, room attention to detail was exceptional! Open air lobby, bar, common area design, but well worth it. Restaurants, cafe, and hotel rooms do have air conditioning.

The vallet guys were awesome and the front desk as well , my only issue is that we were in the 10th floor , right below the restaurant so we can here everything all day all night and the room was next to the elevator. Also they never changed my bed sheets not once other than that the hotel and location were beautiful.

"The pictures are not a true likeness of the property. It is an open air lobby, restaurant, bar design so the only air conditioning is in your hotel room. That seems to be misrepresented in photos.
