Excellent stay again in quiet and nice surroundings in DQ. Pool was easy to access from the terrace, breakfast excellent and room super-tidy, modern and comfortable.

Super nice staff. Apartment room was beautiful, clean and had plenty of room. Hotel restaurants had very good food. One had authentic Saudi cuisine by a Saudi born and raised chef. Location is in the diplomatic quarter which is ideal, safe and more walkable compared to being downtown. Perfect if you are active in the area.

We left some items in the hotel cabinet and it was taken. We reached out to the management after 24hrs when the room, it was mentioned the room wasn’t occupied yet but the items couldn’t be found. After back and forth conversation on email, it was mentioned that the item that wasn’t found was discarded . This is non perishable items weighing 2kg wrapped in a transparent plastic. I expected this to be reported to the management since it’s an executive apartment with kitchen and dining. Any guest will bring in their food items and other needs to fulfil their stay experience. The management, staff and employees are not to be trusted. The executive apartment room assigned to us has a very bad washroom. The water was overflowing to the toilet and causing a total mess after shower. I often like to be outdoors after taking my shower as I can’t stand the messiness. I have tried my possible best to explain this situation to the management but they were not helpful.

너무 만족합니다 편리함은물론 시설이나 친절도 모든것이 완벽합니다 사우디아라비아 사람들은 모두가 친절하지만 이곳은 특히나 친절합니다 사우디의 얼굴이라고 할 수 있는 외교단지에 위치해있다보니 모든 것에 전력투구하는 느낌입니다 사우디에는 매년 방문하는데 저는 내년에도 다시 이곳에 투숙할 예정입니다 리야드에서 최고의 선택이에요
