Lovely hotel, luxurious, bathroom starts to look a bit dated, shower did not work very well, rooms otherwise clean and well maintained , some rooms face a building, hotel was kind enough to live me to street facing room, which was then a but noisy at night with the traffic. Overall satisfactory, would be happy to stay here again.

booked this hotel for business for my associates and my self. the hotel is good enough and well located but the staff and their communications are terrible. i booked and PAID the hotel through hotels.com and insisted that i haven't paid and wanted me to pay again! on top of that i made a note that our flights were coming in late and specified the time we were landing as well. nevertheless they tried to release one of my collegues room. all around terrible customer service. will not be booking again.

Overprice for what it delivers

From a list of not worthy Hotel, this is is surely on my top 3. Super overprice for what it delivers. Service is bad, meals aren't worthy, breakfast unorganized, staff doesn’t speak English. I am sure the furniture is luxury which is interestingfor some people, but I didnt like at all the Hotel.

Unfriendly staff

We are disappointed with our stay. Only the one in reception when we arrived who welcome us so warm and friendly. Then most of the cleaners in the 4rt floor are friendly too. The rest of your team specially in the lobby are so unfriendly. They made us feel uncomfortable. When we passed by they don’t even greet us. And to think your hotel is not cheap. So we don’t understand why they don’t have proper customer service training. We stayed in your branch in Jeddah and we felt so welcomed and valued. And this is the reason why we thought will try your branch in Riyadh. Sadly it was disappointing and not thinking of returning.

STAY AWAY!

This was by far the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. The valet service took +15 mins to deliver my car although I called ahead to bring the car. The reception and housekeeping doesn’t answer when you call. And when they finally answered it took another 3 calls to bring what i ordered. And although I mentioned that it was a special occasion nothing was prepared according to that i had to order everything again. This was my first and last stay at this hotel. Terrible customer experience. Riyadh have many other better options with better prices and where the guest is valued.
