There should be better options
Very average Hotel with a few very good employees and some very very poor and incompetent employees. Everything seems to be old but the hotel is not old…. There should be better options in Riyad.

Sadly the power was out for all rooms for several hours , I was only staying a night so was unable to change and get ready for my business dinner, no advanced warning at checkin and no updates, the GM was no where to be seen and the hotel put a letter under the door which I saw the following morning

Bad Cell Reception
The cell reception is horrible. I need to go down to the street to make a call. When I complained about this, they said that the problem has been around for a while and has not been resolved yet.

Hotel was as expected from a brand new hotel but the staff was fantastic - never experienced anything like this
