The location is good. The room was a bit worn down and smelly. Still, it was ok. The staff could be much friendlier and more competent though. The WiFi worked badly.

It's a good hotel located in a nice place, however, my concern is the hotel's staff attitude and costumer care approach which tend to be not well.

They upgraded me to a better suite and let me stay there for the full 6 days. Also they let me check in before 4 pm. I checked in around 1 pm. It is 15 min by taxi to central Riyadh and will cost around 20 to 25 SR if we book through careem app.

The apartment keys was not working, had to call reception several times. The beds were not comfortable at all, luckily it was one night only.
