"Felt like I was staying in the Nakatomi Plaza, in the best way possible. Staff was friendly and helpful and courteous. Only hotel I would stay in if I ever found my way back to the city."

"Great atmosphere. I feel rooms were lacking in a few areas. Light dampening shades and better sound proofing. On the twelfth floor and could still hear voices from street level."

"Ceiling fan very dirt and dusty. Remote control for TV did not have batteries, had to keep switching back and forth with Roku remote. Sent message if a complaint about next door being very loud and screaming. Sounded like young adults having a hotel party. I never got a response and the noise didn’t stop until 4am. Every single time I went in and out there was people out side soliciting begging for money. No security, if it was I never saw them around. "
