"First time here and we were incredibly impressed. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate and comfortable. Loved Hook & Ladder bar, the hotel coffee area/ bar , gym and guest room bathrooms ! Ideal location with walkability to countless spots to eat , get coffee etc. Plus it was non stop entertainment right outside the hotel door on the grassy area ! We will be back! "

"The room and all the features like the pool and gym were spotless. The dining area was spacious and a good experience even if the breakfast was a little lacking in flavor. The parking is easy and spacious too. Staff were friendly and didnt try too hard."

"The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. I really liked that u needed a room key to operate the elevator to go to the floors of the rooms. The super automatic espresso machine was a nice perk for guests. Loved the location. Within walking distace of so many good restaurants and also Rittenhouse Square Park. Overall experience was fantastic."

"I grew up near this property wnd watched it fall into didsrepair until it was abandoned and derelict. I have family a few minutes way and they told me wbout the renovations. They gutt3d the building and rebuilt it from the studs out. Our room was very comfortable and clean. They are still working on the lobby, but it is really n8ce now. For golfers, you can see the course from some of the rooms! All in all, a n8ce quiet place to stay. Not far from dining and shopping."
