When I arrived the room was not clean as expected, however, Yanush quickly gave us another room that met the expectations. He was GREAT! I couldn't use on-site laundry facility because another customer had their laundry in the washing machine for hours (there were 2 washers and 2 dryers). Customer service was EXCELLENT! Overall, our stay was just ok.

Check-in was easy. The room was comfortable and clean. I loved that there was a small kitchenette in the room. I enjoyed the jacuzzi. Everything was great in the room. I did have a complaint. Housekeeping walked in my room without knocking or announcing herself. I was naked and this stranger invaded my privacy. I also had the DND hanging on the doorI was scared so bad from this that it triggered my anxiety. I couldn't even sleep well that night.

Not much to say—it is exactly what they offer. It is affordable for the purpose of a visit; I only returned to the room to rest. Good location, just one block from the highways. The room was equipped with kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, and everything one needs.

The only downfall of our stay was that we didn't know that it was a motel/hotel. We had two rooms, one was in an enclosed hallway, and the other was a motel room that opened to the outside. Otherwise, the rooms were exactly as advertised. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our weeklong stay.
