"The staff were very attentive and followed up on a room upgrade. The room was clean and well appointed. The hotel is in close proximity to downtown, parks, south congress and numerous restaurants. "

"Very clean and also very pleasant staff. The garage situation was confusing, requiring a room key to get in, but the initial arrival area was so disorganized that it was a real hassle. We also had very loud upstairs neighbors, a middle of the night phone call, and the room’s air conditioning unit was very loud when kicking on once the surrounding got quiet that it kept waking us up every 10-15 minutes."

"Cons: PARKING IS NOT FREE. Massive disappointment because it's not like you got any choice, and the website does not state that you'll have to pay for it (so add another $40 to your bill). Water in sink wouldn't drain, the tv controller did not work, escalators smelled like urine, evident damage to walls, and my sheets were kinda dirty (I'm almost sure they didn't bother changing them). Pros: I'm gone and don't have to deal with it anymore."

"Room was small but very clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about. The air conditioning was good. Didn’t realize that they didn’t have a pool but that was totally on me. Will stay here again if I’m in the area."
