"The staff was amazing"

"Overall, our experience as a family was wonderful!"

"Good"

"Room too noisy-405"

"Parking was absolutely terrible when traveling with large vehicles, we had to get a room at the hotel next door just to use their oversize parking. Tub would not drain during shower, and toiletries were too small to be useful, otherwise room was okay. Breakfast was good and staff were nice though!"

"This property is really clean and comfortable. I have stayed at this property severel times and had no problems but once and it was a minor fix. The afternoon staff was extremely nice which is why I keep returning. I wish they had digital check in but other than that this is a good place to stay."

"Arrived at 330. Check in was not until 4. Had to stand in foyer for 10 minutes waiting to get checked in as there was only one staff member and there was a current customer complaining about the service they had received in their room and how disappointed they were with the hotel. The lady at the desk took my number and said she would call when a room was ready. I checked back at 4, 4:15 and 4:30 with a room still not ready. I checked back around 4:45 and a room was ready and they never called...

"Stayed here in a pinch. Employee had a horrible attitude and didn’t even check ID. Lobby was dirty. They had lemon water out but I wouldn’t drink it. Run down facilities. Room wasn’t horrible, bed was comfortable. Overall I give it a 2/5."

"Stains on the bedding not good"

"Valet parking was very convenient and helpful. Also met a very funny and kind bartender. I don't recall his name, but his attitude and cheerful countenance was very welcoming."

"Convenient location. Clean. Staff were very nice and friendly."

"The free breakfast was the BEST of any hotel I’ve stayed at in 25 years. Rooms are very small and I can only describe the furnishings as “down room”. It was fine for one night!"

"The best hotel our family has stayed at. The lobby/lounge with pool table, swinging chairs, large connect 4 and games was made for families with children. Breakfast was great and the room was great."
