"This was a very unpleasant stay dirty and the shower didn’t work at all"

"Our stay was awful. We left two hours in. The rooms were terrible with questionable stains on the walls, no hot water, the smoke detectors chirping due to low battery and no one coming to fix it, the floors were dirty, the vents were brown and furry and the overall building was “fixed” with an awful coat of paint that is peeling. The staff (bald lady) made it seem like it was our fault when we brought this up to them and wouldn’t do anything to make it right. We left and happily paid for another hotel just so we didn’t have to stay there. "

"My daughter thought it was the fanciest hotel :) Getting the breakfast voucher included was super worth it. Good food lovely place. AC worked perfectly - not too cold , just right"

"Need treadmill, a basic fitness machine. Shower drained slowly. Bathroom door trolley system was noisy due to loose and missing hardware. Need simple green tea. Need more gluten free and dairy free options at breakfast. Sign said major allergens, but no labels elsewhere. No hardboiled eggs in stock. Keycard was annoying for elevator, but maybe a necessity. if so, volunteer more than 2 keycards for family. Tree branch had fallen in parking lot, other trees looked to be cracking, so need tree maintenance or cones to block those parking spaces off."

"Breakfast was not good… coffee tasted watered down. Also didn’t care for all the plastic wrapped food and glasses… would also like large containers for shampoo, conditioner and soap. Too much plastic"

"Our first room shower didn't have hot water and the card key didn’t work after multiple attempts at reprogramming the cards. Had to move to another room and that toilet didn’t flush. I had to plunge the toilet myself. Then, they ran out of sausage gravy. It was poor customer service. No compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience "
