"The hotel is conveniently located. We tried to check in a little early (normally no problem) and the room was not available. However, when we returned, we were upgraded to a king suite. Drury is a great hotel chain. Breakfast always included and 3 free drinks per person. Good deal for a nice stay!"

"Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. The food was typical hotel food. Not great. We were not informed about after hours entry to the parking garage. The gates were closed as well as the arm to let you in. We did not know that our card would open both. We had entered the property several times with our card and had no problem opening the arm to let us in. When we returned in the middle of the night we saw the arm down but there were gates that were down and we had never seen them before. Anyways we...

"When I got to the hotel after a long day traveling, they advised me that hotel oversold and I would need to go to a different hotel for the night. It was after midnight and I was really hoping to just go to bed. I had five nights booked. The hotel they told me to go to was rather run down. I returned for the rest of my stay, and it was fine, other than the dinner selection was very limited and the same staff was serving the front desk as the bar and restaurant, so wait times w.ere long ."

"Great service"

"Restroom door wouldn’t close half way. Management and maintenance didn’t want to help. Shower pressure was extremely low. And it took 8-10 minutes before the shower gets warm."

"No service need to ask for towels restroom paper"

"Overall excellent"

"Room was very dirty, bed was ok, but it smelled like smoking room but I was told it was non smoking. Lower expectations and there was a loose pill left on the bathroom floor which makes you wonder if they even cleaned the room."

"The room was clean, the bathroom had good water pressure, the breakfast was fresh and hot. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"From desk was lovely, the ladies and staff were great as well, yet the room and overall hotel was not great. The remotes did not work we asked for new ones the lady came by gave us new ones they still didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv for the first night until the next day. The sofa bed was also broken and the mattress had a stain, the fan that was there was also broken and would move a lot to the point where it felt like it could fall off. The breakfast was good though I will end it with that...

"Very good staff. This is our second time stay and very good clean and breakfast was good"

"Location was great. Rooms were clean and staff were amazing. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to everyone."

"All good"

"Todo Excelente muchas gracias"

"Convenience is the number one concern. Picking up my flight in the morning and dropping off my rented SUV the day before was my main concern. I dropped off the rental and the shuttle picked me up and brought me to the hotel. Had a great night and the shuttle again took care of me and got me to the airport. Thank you for all the hospitality."
