"Great stay, incredibly attentive staff, clean and attractive property. My only critique is that the TV’s in the room could use an update. It’s probably time to put smart TV’s in the rooms. Our TV did not work which we did report at check out and staff was very apologetic."

"The hotel’s location is fantastic, putting you within walking distance of some great eats. Don't miss the rooftop bar; it has a cool indoor-outdoor setup that stays busy with locals and guests alike. It’s a bit of a splurge for drinks, but the atmosphere makes up for it. The rooms are a highlight—very modern and beautiful with great city views. As for the service, the staff was friendly and capable, though they felt a bit "all business" rather than warm. Definitely a comfortable place to call home for a few days."

"Overall the stay was well, I stayed for two nights with no issues. I was grateful for the hotel providing an umbrella it came in handy, but it did loose points in my eyes for no microwave and fridge for that price. I liked the location of the hotel the parking was Sp parking garage and it was $35 a night. I enjoyed the spa they did a great service. I would give this hotel a 6/10. The room had a balcony but it was locked and there were no other windows to have a better view in the regular king suite."

"Good hotel, Staff truly helpful & courteous. Restaurant stayed busy, but available. Rooms were good for their size. Location worked well for our stay. The hotel has a good & fun vibe. The lobby area is perfect for waiting, playing games or just hanging out. It was noisy but…it’s downtown Chicago! "
