Cuando compre online lo pague con tarjeta en check in me informaron que estaba pago. En el check out me querian cobrar porque no estaria pago. Mostre constancia de reserva que decia pago pero no era suficiente. Yo estaba seguro del pago porque se me fue debitado de mi tarjeta prepaga. Finalmente me liberaron creyeron y que lo irian a solucionar.

Estadia foi boa, existiu um problema ao chegar solicitei cama de casal e não estava preparada, foi resolvida em algumas horas pois não tinha lençóis de casal disponíveis, papel higiênico de baixa qualidade, funcionários com baixo treinamento em atendimento ao público, café da manhã razoável

O hotel é muito confortável e bem localizado. Apenas o café da manhã deixa a desejar (tem variedade, mas falta sabor nos pratos e sucos, salgados no rechaud frios...). Já ficamos hospedados outras vezes e provavelmente voltaremos!

Bom mas podia ser bem melhor

O hotel é antigo mas está bem conservado e modernizado, porém apesar de os funcionários da recepção e do café serem ótimos e acolhedores, o pessoal da manutenção e camareiras gritam nos corredores desde cedo e não têm muito respeito pelos hóspedes. Pode melhorar muito. Mas ainda é um bom custo beneficio

Recepcionistas despreparados. Vaso entupiu. Ar condicionado antigo com ligação em quadro de comando (perigo eminente). Cães acessam as dependências da portaria. Controles da TV não funcionam. TV antiga.
