Clean room & close to a Metro station (Cinelandia). Other than that, there’s nothing open in surrounding areas. Good if you want to stay close to Santos Dumont airport.

Stayed here one night before our flight. Good price for so-so hotel, especially the bathroom was really not clean. The location is terrible and dangerous, full of homeles people in the streets, for sure mot a place to spend holiday. But for overnight connection is OK

We asked for a high up room...got 3rd floor. Only one towel for 2 guests, so we had to ring reception but we had to go down to sort it out after just arriving. They shut down the entry card, so we were locked out of our room, again we had to go to reception to sort it out! Bathroom ran out of gel in the shower, so not checked or refilled. I normally scrimp on hotels, (We got a room in Sao Paulo, breakfast and room service for 4 nights for half of what we paid for Ibis 2 nights!!) This time paid for a rubbish service at the Ibis...not again ever.

Estadia no Ibis

Quando chegamos só tinha um elevador funcionando e isso causou transtornos para chegar ao apto ou para descer para a rua. Tentaram cobrar novamente a diária, nos deram um apto que estava em manutenção e a recepção desconhecia isso. O Banheiro nao tinha sistema de exaustão e por isso o wc ficava permanentemente molhado e pingava no quarto.

Hospedagem com preço baixo, mas que pode melhorar

Wi-Fi jamais funcionou no quarto, assim como também não funcionou o pré-check-in online. Tive que aguardar na fila do mesmo jeito. Para completar, recebi primeiramente um quarto que não tinha sido arrumado! Estava do jeito que o último hóspede tinha deixado. A nota só não é pior porque a diária foi barata, o café da manhã era justo e o atendimento dos funcionários não foi ruim.
