Providing toaster ovens and better quality kitchen items would be nice. Ie: blender that does not leak sink stoppers that holds water in the sink ect Location was great Best to book directly. Found out that you only pay 90.00 per night versus the 274.00 per night through Expedia

The property is right on the beach and is beautiful. The bed was not that comfy but I was so tired I didn't mind it and slept through the night. That staff is super friendly and the check in was easy. The parking is limited but had no issues finding a spot.

Older property but it was clean. Good location, right by the beach. Our room was booked for 5 people. When I arrived to check in the office staff did a walk thru of the room. Apparently, the room only has 2 full beds and the 5th person is expected to sleep on a cushioned mat on the floor. Not the greatest idea for our group.

This was a mixed bag for us. I knew from another review that they required a deposit and would take an inventory of stuff in the kitchen, which otherwise would have shocked me. The apartment was fine (coffee maker would've been great), a little rundown but not in any problematic way. Locks on the doors are really flimsy (like bathroom doors, where you just push in the button in the handle) but the place seemed very safe. The pool was great, as were all the kids from Guadalajara who'd come to spend the weekend with their families. And the beach is steps away, and much wider and longer than many beaches on the Nayarit coast (e.g. Sayulita). We also loved the town. Amazing food, both in restaurants (Mexcala, e.g.), and on the beach. Vendors selling brochetas of shrimp and fish, etc. A lively, fun place to visit. I would stay again at this place given its location and the fact that it has a kitchen, but it was expensive for what it was (e.g. we stayed in a huge, far nicer place in Bucerías for less money, but we didn't like Bucerías itself nearly as much as Guayabitos).

No cambian las sábanas diario, solo ponen un rollo en el baño y nos hospedamos 4 adultos, las toallas no las cambian diario, el cliente tiene que llevar las toallas a recepción para que se las cambien, esto porque no confían en la persona del aseo!! Que son políticas del hotel!!

Llegamos y no aceptaban tarjeta de crédito o débito, afortunadamente traíamos efectivo, las escaleras estaban en mantenimiento y aun así nos dejaron en 2do piso, con el riesgo que corresponde, alberca limpia, lo demás buen servicio.
