"Highly professional and service minded personnel. Facility is very beautiful and rooms are in good condition. Food is made on local resources and very interesting. Breakfast amazing. Our only serious complaint was the temperature in the rooms. There is no AC so we unfortunately barely slept at all. This would only be a problem in the summer though. "

There were a lot of activities to keep busy. The only downside is the cost to get to the hotel from the airport in Kiruna.
