Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja hoiti taksin tilaukset yms . Siivous hotellissa aivan surkea. Huoneista hajettiin vaan roskat .Lattioissa näky siivous jälet ja niin likaiset et jäi kengän jäljet. Siivoajan välineetkään ei ihan tämän päivän tasalla .Hotelli huoneen seinissä reikiä ja halkeamia ja likaiset .Huoneissa todella tunkkainen haju. Osasa verhoista likaisia .wc pytyn pesuharja iän ikuinen . Sängyt todella huonot ja osa rikki. Huoneissa kotkolattia matto likainen. Aamupala pöydässä maidot ja leikkeleet lämpimässä ei mitään kylmä alustaa .
