The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a studio with a balcony. Unfortunately the balcony facing a brick wall so there was no view and it was positioned over what I assume was the courtyard of private apartments. There was a lot of noise outside at night on a couple evenings. The air conditioning was turned off on 01/09 and so the room was too hot. Reception didn’t have any fans to give to customers or the ability to turn it back on. The room was also adapted for wheelchair users so the bathroom shower was very low and there was only access to the bed from one side and no table. We asked for another room as we were there for 7 days but none were available. The hotel is in a nice area approx 800m from the old town - easy walking distance or get the tram/bus no 1/11T. There is a shop but no restaurant. I would consider staying again but not in that room specifically.

Great place to stay in Riga

My stay was very good. I loved the interior, design of the suite. Great windows - I liked opening them at nights. The view was comforting - I have always liked to look at the surrounding buildings and streets. I grew up in the apartment building two blocks from the Park Inn , and the view was very similar to what I was seeing many years ago. The only one thing was uncomfortable - the coffee maker which I could not figure out :). The front desk stuff was very nice and friendly. Overall, it felt good. I would certainly come back to this place on my next visit.

Excellent room and service, very nice especially for a family trip, as there is a nice living room with kitchenette in the apartment-type hotel room. Dog friendly as well. Very-very good room condition. Good location. Highly recommend. Due to COVID-19 the breakfast was not very good and there was a lot of plastic and packages everywhere.
