"Stayed in King suite for two nights. King bed was clean and comfortable but mattress on pull out bed very thin. Shower/bathroom clean with shower having plenty of hot water. Rest of room clean enough though cloth covered chair looked like it had been used as cat scratch post. Curtains had small torn /frayed spots with some stain on them. One of the doors on the cabinet hanging slightly on its hinges; couldn't close all the way. So while room was clean and had plenty of space it was showing its' age. Had breakfast the first morning; it was good with the potatoes and scrambled eggs hot and fresh like they had just been brought out. The hot tub was closed with caution tape placed around it which was dissapointing but the pool was open. It was clean but small."

"We had a great time there and the app made it so much easier. Even had a live chat so that maintenance could come by and show me how to work one of the lights. 😄 The only downside was that the pool closed at 8 pm, wish it was 9 like so many others. But overall, great!"

"The room was clean but the couch had a big rip in it. The bed was comfortable. The TV on the wall was right next to the light fixture and the shade blocked it a little. There was no elevator, so it was difficult carrying everything up to the 2nd floor."

"This hotel was fantastic! It was clean, the rooms were spacious, staff were friendly, breakfast had plenty of options, beds were comfy, & overall great experience! It was a nice surprise to have 2 bathrooms in our suite! Shout out to the front desk clerk who gave me milk from their kitchen when I mentioned that I wished they had milk in their pantry area for purchase so I could enjoy my cupcakes from Nadia Cakes! It has great access to several interstates & lots to do in the immediate area. It is also a great 1/2 way point between downtown, Mall of America, & the airport(even though we didn't use the airport). 10/10 recommend and would stay here again!"
