The staff at this location are amazing. They are always willing to work with you and they get you anything you need. The complementary small continental breakfast options are awesome and everything is fresh. The rooms are spacious and easy to access. Thank you for making this experience comfortable and enjoyable for my husband and I as we transition to looking for us a home.

The location was great. The room was spacious for 4 people. But the cleanliness was not. Floors were dirty and sticky. The hotel smelled like smoke. Even though it says no smoking. The breakfast area was not cleaned, table and chairs were not organized. The housekeeper not available at all times. Took me 3 tries for them to clean the floors. Need improvement.

Front desk was super nice she explained all that was left were smoking room i thought cigarettes tho the whole upstair was saturated by the smell of weed as i looked closer it was very dingy still trash in the windowsill i did not feel safe to sleep there and so we had dropped our things earlier and decided just to pick it up and check out a few hours later was waiting for response from hotel reguarding refund after 3 days the answer was no

Staff was fine, upon arrival the smell in the building and room was horrible (musty and Smokey smell) had to by air fresheners, pillow cases were stained, along with some of our towels. Then while unpacking a bug on the wall was identified as a wood cockroach. The next night I found several baby and adult cockroaches and brought to the staff attention. Then the next morning upon waking I brought her another one found along with waking up with welts on my back and abdomen the looked like large bug bites and while packing up in between the covers I found a bug which was identified as a common bedbug. Which was the final straw and we checked out immediately. Bagged all of of items trash bags for our ride home. The hotel is refunding us our stay, awaiting for Expedia for the refund.

Right when we walked into the lobby the employee asked us for a cigarette, which is surprising that he needed one since the smell of fresh cigarette smoke hit us like a ton of bricks the second we walked into the lobby. You could tell he was smoking inside. He was efficient and quick at checking us in though, so other than his need for continued chain smoking inside, he was fine. Then we get to our room and the smell of cigarette smoke hits you even harder. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and the rank smell gave me such a bad headache. There was what appeared to be a cigarette burn on the comforter and the floor was so sticky. The inside was updated though and looked mostly nice, fair for the price. If it was not for the horrific sickening smell making me nauseated, I would have rated this place higher.

The staff was polite and efficient. The room was spotless, including the bathroom. Parking was plentiful and accessible. The property was easy to access from the main road. It was very quiet at night (as a light sleeper, this was impressive). An economical choice for single travelers.

For price it was alright, you can’t expect much honestly. It wasn’t the cleanest, but the bed was what mattered and I was able to sleep in it just fine. The shower/tub seemed to be somewhat new and the bathroom was alright but the metal was rusted and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The floor was awful and maybe the worst part of our stay, don’t walk on it with your bare feet by any means. Lastly I would say the smell was a bit off but not unbearable. Also the vending machines for drinks don’t have a cooling system, so my soda was warm.
