One of the nicest airport hotels I have stayed at. The room was huge, clean and comfortable! Bar and restaurant open until 11pm. Nice exercise and pool. Starbucks in lobby area. 5 minute shuttle to airport. I will stay here again on future trips to the Richmond Va. area.

The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.

We arrived at 7:30 pm to a packed full, loud, active lobby. The check in staff person was all business, no friendliness. We had a suite but the room did not have linens for the sofa bed. When I called the front desk about linens, I was told they could be picked up at the front desk. They definitely were not trying to win my repeat business.
