"Clean room. Staff was ok. Except for housekeeping were disturbed more then once in one day. Was told to make my own sign for door to not be disturbed. Other then that great place to stay if your on a budget. "

"Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The hotel room needs major updating or fixing. The walls were all marked up with scuff marks, holes in the curtains. The bed was horrible and gave me back pains. Bathroom shower was terrible, the head needs to be replaced. Did not eat breakfast there so I can't say if that was good or not. "

"The hotel is in a great location right off the highway. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. Our room was up against the ice machine so you heard it making noise all night. Got used to it, didn’t keep us up but it could have been on a different wall to avoid that. Breakfast was included and had a variety of foods. But the hot food wasn’t that great. Good bagels and yogurt. Plenty of parking but didn’t realize there was a parking fee for every day we were there. When booking the room I didn’t remember that $5 charge daily. It is one of the better hotels in Kannapolis so we might end up staying there again."

"We have stayed at other Quality Inns, this one was by far the nicest one.. some of them are literally "no tell motels" this one was definitel not.. the room was modern, clean, with miminul noise.. it was like a sample room.. the sheets where clean and white, the bed really did have a very comfortable pillow top.. the walls looked freshly painted.. the bathroom was spotless.. the people at the front desk were friendly and accommodating.. will be our go to the next time we are in the area."

"Not a lot of choice for breakfast and coffee was lousy. Hotel was in very shabby shape, definitely needs renovation! Loved housekeeping, they came in every day, emptied trash, left clean towels, and made the bed. Tonya at the front desk was extremely pleasant, even if she couldn’t recommend restaurants to us! LOL"

"The room wasn’t really dirty but no super clean. Everything looks dated and no well maintained throughout the years. What actually was bad was the noise from the toilet. It was specifically annoying during the night."

"Stairs, hall way and the room bathroom was filthy. The floor in the bath room had space between the flooring for water to get into and was squishy when you walked on it. There so call breakfast wasn’t worth the time to go to."
