"The hotel is exceptional and the area where it is located is breathtaking. While you have to pay in order to use the geothermal pools anywhere else on the island, there are geothermal pools right here in the hotel for your use anytime of the day or night! The hotel leaves little treats and trinkets in your room for you throughout most of your stay, there are incredible tasting teas with cookies in the lobby area, and breakfast was divine! We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Amazing host. They were really helpful and provided a detailed document with recommendations of attractions and dine out options. They do have 2 lovely dogs on site Pluto and Laika. Very friendly. Breakfast in morning was the higlight of the stay. All marmalade/jams were made using home grown fruits and special bread from a local bakery (from Furnas). "What lovely people. From the moment we arrived through to leaving Furnas, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They excelled making us feel welcome, carrying our luggage, suggesting itineraries, helping us organise taxis and making us feel genuinely valued guests. The breakfast was delicious and the room spacious and characterful. Highly recommended"

"Breakfast offerings were excellent but the staff doesn’t clear dirty dishes for the most part. They wait til you leave to clear the dishes. Bed & sheets are comfortable. Garden is a nice walk. Pool & jacuzzis are best used outside of the public hours. Parking lot for overflow is gravel & shoes get dirty if it rained. Not sure why the hotel doesn’t spend the $ to pave it. Swimming pool room was a sauna! Couldn’t even go into the pool because you could barely breathe the air was soooo...

"The property was beautiful. Just off a Main Street but completely private and very quiet. The pods were large and comfortable with beautiful views of the grounds. Breakfast was excellent with lots of delicious options. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Bikes and helmets are available for guest use, very nice! The staff was SO kind and helpful. I absolutely loved this place"
