"Todo bien, excepto que las toallas nos dejaban con pelos cada que hacían limpieza"

"Clean room, right on the ocean. Nice stay."

"I would not ever stay here again, the staff is rude and unhelpful, there is theft on the property, I saw 5 kids just walk up from the beach and use the facilities we all pay an arm and a leg for. The room was dirty the beds are lopsided and watch out when paying your tap because gratuity is included on everything. Pick any other hotel stay far far away for this place."

"Arriver j ai du payer $36 pour le parking et c etait mantionner à aucun endroit qu il avait un frai pour un parking extérieur et en plus aucun gardien depuis quand on paye pour un parking"

"Building is old...need to be updated."

"The max is a very nice place to visit. However when you have more than 2 ppl checking in you would think they would give you more than 2 towels for 6 ppl...Damian at the front desk was so nice and helpful...we had to contact him several times for towels and toilet paper. He was so nice and friendly. I think they need to shampoo the carpets as ppl come in from the pool and the beach and of everyone walks on the carpet barefoot which is expected so the rooms with carpet had a mildew mold kinda...

"Staff was helpful especially housekeeping. When I asked for an exchange of towels, the housekeepers could not have been more polite, pleasant and accommodating."

"El hotel está súper bonito el personal muy atento todo muy agradable y el precio me pareció excelente."

"Great view."
