"While searching for a place to stay in Marrakech, I was recommended to book a riad in the Medina and found this beautiful riad and it turned out to be the best decision ever. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect the service, the welcoming tea and cookies, the staff, the beautiful décor, and the peaceful atmosphere. Every detail felt thoughtfully done and I truly wouldn’t want it any other way. Breakfast was exceptional and one of the highlights of the stay. It was fresh, generous, and beautifully served such a great way to start each day. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the Medina. We were within walking distance to shops, restaurants and everything we needed, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond, even coordinating our taxi pickup and drop off and ensuring we were dropped off at the correct taxi area. The level of care and attention made everything completely seamless. Overall, it was safe and a perfect stay with perfect service in a perfect setting. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a great vacation."

The front desk is efficient, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant staff is kind. The pool area are also well-maintained. A convenient location for an overnight stay!"

"Our stay at Palais des Princesses was the perfect start to our Marrakech holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning traditional Moroccan architecture, peaceful courtyards, a gorgeous rooftop terrace and a lovely pool that was the perfect temperature to cool down in after a busy day exploring the city. Our room was exceptional – spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a mini fridge and a smart TV, making it a great place to relax after long days sightseeing. Despite being only a two-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the heart of the Medina, the riad was incredibly peaceful and quiet, providing a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle outside. The location really couldn’t have been better, allowing us to walk to all the main attractions while enjoying the tranquillity of the riad whenever we returned. Exceptional value for money, outstanding hospitality and a truly authentic Moroccan experience. We would highly recommend Palais des Princesses to anyone visiting Marrakech and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Overall, a fantastic hotel. Good location, 10 mins from the airport and close to the main areas of Marrakech. Easy to get taxis and close to a decent shopping mall. The hotel itself is massive, with several good swimming pools and restaurants. Service around the pool was slow at times, but generally ok. The room was of a good size and comfortable. The only thing I would want to improve is that I found the pillows to be very soft and uncomfortable. Also, the view from the rooms isn't great, but it didn't affect our stay. The breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. However, there are no perks for a Hotels.com gold member! "

"A lovely stay and everything we needed. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! It was clearly a huge resort in previous times. Our hotel room was beautiful and two large single beds and a pool view was perfect! We both slept v well. Pools were lovely but the entertainment and the music can be loud at the main pool, we preferred the quieter pool. Hadn’t appreciated how much entertainment there was and it’s not something that bothers us but everyone seem to enjoy it! Food in buffet was excellent and always something delicious to eat - we didn’t bother to eat at à la carte restaurants which are a bus ride away but didn’t hear anything too positive about them anyway. Staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful!"
