Stayed for 5 nights as a solo traveller that booked a double room. When I got to the property I got put in a family room for 4 people in the old part of the building. The room didn’t look like what you see on the websites. Negatives: Noise from the hallway was so loud i constantly got woke up through night. Hotel room had a safe that needed a key which I had to pay 15 euros for, other rooms in the hotel had free electric safes in them. Clunky hotel room keys Buffet diner at night was hit and miss Positives: Hotel swimming pool and beach are nice to lay out Activities on throughout the hotel all day/night Beach bar staff and drinks selection are class Food in the Italian Greek restaurant during the day is nice. Cheap shuttle bus to old/new town, and on site sightseeing trips are easy to book. If you don’t want to eat in the hotel there are loads of restaurants / bars in walking distance

Très bon hôtel

Très bon hôtel avec accès direct a la plage, chambre rénovée avec vue sur mer. Le personnel est très gentil et efficace et tout est très bien organisé et très propre. Le nourriture est très bonne et variée et le restaurants sont très bien organisés également. Pas d'attente, pas de manque d'assiettes ou parmi les plats proposés. L'animation est discrète mais on préfère. Le seul point qui serait bien d'améliorer sont les gobelets en plastique a usage unique. Il serait mieux d'en proposer des gobelets réutilisables. On recommande cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Hienolla paikalla oleva hotelli. Joka ilta ohjelmaa. Ruokaa ja juomaa tarjolla kokoajan, ruoka erinomaista. Kokonaisuudessaan toimiva kokonaisuus. Bussipysäkki hotellin edessä, jolla pääsee kaupunkiin sekä paljon muualle. Ainut huono asia mitä keksin oli hieman kulahtanut huone, olimme vanhalla puolella.

Wir waren im Altbau, was aber nicht schlimm war. Vorhandener Kühlschrank war nicht am Strom angeschlossenen & hätte nicht mal geöffnet werden können weil nicht zugänglicj. Leider hatten wir Haare im Bett (als wir das Zimmer bezogen) & die Badewanne war da leider auch nicht sauber (die restlichen Tage aber immer!). Der Balkon wurde leider nicht geputzt (viele Haare). Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Das Aktivitäten-Programm war leider noch vom Vorjahr, weshalb wir einmal wie bestellt & nicht abgeholt da standen, da uns an der Rezeption den alte Plan ausgehändigt wurde. Auch die Buspläne waren veraltet, worauf uns ein Reiseveranstalter aufmerksam machte. Es wird täglich geputzt (wirklich ALLES, nicht nur die Zimmer). Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich (in allen Bereichen) & wirklich immer auf guten Kundenservice aus. Auf dem ganzen Anwesen wird penibel auf Sauberkeit & Ordentlichkeit geachtet. Alles ist sehr hell & freundlich gestaltet. Das Essensangebot (es gibt rund um die Uhr Essen) ist riesig & die Getränke sind auch sehr sehr lecker. Es gibt ein Animationsteam, welches wohl für Kinder sehr ansprechend ist. Erwachsene kommen trotzdem nicht zu kurz & es gibt täglich verschiedene Aktivitäten. :-) Der Strand ist direkt hinter der Poolbar & mit reichlich Liegen bestückt. Fazit: wenn Rhodos, dann wieder dieses Hotel. Nicht nur wegen dem Personal & Hotel, sondern auch wegen der Lage.

Very friendly staff, the team at the reception are brilliant, animation team are fun, the ladies who clean the rooms are very polite. The hotel Is very close to old/new town, well connected . Game room needs improvement. Food nice but could be better for Greece, after couple of days , you know what to expect. Great for families. Definitely would come back also would recommend.

L' albergo era come me lo aspettavo, pulito confortevole e a due passi dal mare. Fermata dell' autobus di fronte con corse molto frequenti. Unica pecca, da non sottovalutare, nessuno parlava l' italiano, neppure Per un minimo di assistenza neppure a livello scolastico. Tutto è diventato molto più faticoso....

Lokalbussen fra lufthavnen har stoppeted lige uden for hotel-receptionen. Vi fik ikke værelser med havudsigt som vi havde bestilt hvad der ikke var optimalt. Derudover var vi meget tilfredse med vores ophold. Maden er god og varieret med forskellige temaer udover standardmenuen. Det var let at få adgang til mad og drikke også ved poolbaren. Kidsclub, minidisco og arrangementerne var supergode. Sikkert også pga. det dygtige eventteam.

Ligger fantastisk smukt. Dejligt poolområde, som ligger lige ved stranden. Så der er noget for alle. Personalet er virkelige venlige, og har altid et smil på læben.

Siamo stati per 10 giorni in questo hotel, vacanza di coppia. l'hotel di per sè non è per niente male, piscina confortevole con il piano bar alle spalle. dall'esterno della struttura si può accedere comodamente alla spiaggia dell'hotel, carina, ma niente di che. La posizione favorevole e l'agenzia di noleggio mezzi dentro l'albergo permettono di organizzare facilmente dei tour dell'isola (ottime anche le informazioni date dai receptionist con tanto di mappa!). molto caratteristici i gatti in totale libertà per il giardino. insomma, un soggiorno gradevole.

Very nice hotel could be better

First the bad bits, the ice cream tastes like it has grit in it most days. Second the beer has very little alcohol I don't drink and found I drank 6 halfs with no effect. Third the food is of a very good standard but mos times it's cold. Forth they need a life guard as an old lady fell over on the shore line and was unable to get up, then she was rolled along the stones beach until someone picked her up with a cut leg. Another young girl got into difficulty in the pool once again a dove into the pool to help her. The best bits the staff make this hotel what it is. The hotel itself is of a very good standard. Buy your self some rubber shoes for £3 to cover your feet from the biggest online seller. The stones on the beach hurt.

lovely hotel

hotel is lovely some of the rooms needed up date as my sons had the old bathroom suite , our room had walk in shower and our room was kept clean every day all staff work very hard to please everybody.I enjoyed every day in the hotel lots food and snacks and drinks lots going on to please every age group it was great to have choice of pool area or sea area lots sunbeds and table, chairs. don't forget to take beach shoes as beach consists of big pebbles down to the sea.
