HOT WATER NOT WORKING IN THE SHOWER AREA ,NO MATTER WHICH DIRECTION WE TURNED THE KNOB ON. MALE RECEPTIONIST DURING CHECK OUT WAS NOT FRIENDLY .HE HAD HOUSEKEEPER CHECK BILLETED ROOM UPON CHECK OUT ,HE DIDNT EVEN SAY ,IF I WAS CLEARED TO LEAVE ALREADY . NEEDS FURTHER TRAINING .
