Great place close to the airport!

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and they had plenty of bathrooms (3) for the number of rooms at the guesthouse. It is a great location if you need a place before an early flight out in the morning.

Close to the airport (5 min) was nice. But $350+ for a very soft twin bed and a shared bathroom was excessive. And $37 for a shuttle to the airport is also very pricey given it’s only a 5 min drive

Best part was that it was very close to the airport. Our beds were clean and convenient. We booked room with private bathroom and the bathroom did have an odour, also lacked soap and shampoo which the housekeeping provided on request.

I got to Kef Guesthouse after 10 pm on a Sunday night. There was nobody at reception when I got there. I went to the room assigned and tried to punch in the code to get into the room, I finally saw another guest who tried the code and also failed. He led me to reception and finally there was someone there. After looking at my reservation, he determined that I had been sent the wrong room number in my email from Kef. Once in the room, I found a double bed, a small sink, and small closet with two towels. No toilet. I was unaware that there was only one bathroom with a toilet for 14 rooms. Fortunate;y, for me, there was almost nobody staying there then.. My interactions with the staff were very positive. No breakfast was included, but I could pay extra, which worked out to about $14 for continental breakfast, meaning no hot breakfast. There is a shuttle service you can pay for while not cheap, considering the Kef Guesthouse is only 10 minutes from the airport, The taxi to get to the Gueshouse last night was USD 36 for such a short ride! If you don't want bare bones, try somewhere else. If bare bones suits you, this is as good as any. BTW, jets taking off will start waking you at 7 am abnd beyond.

Staff was super friendly to talk to throughout Expedia’s messenger/chat. Had an issue with a flight cancellation and ended up not needing to stay here but wanted to leave a review from my interaction nonetheless. Staff had quickly responded and reserved early morning transportation for me to the Airport, with clear instructions. After learning about the cancellation issue, I informed the staff and while I booked a non-refundable room for the night they were very sympathetic to my situation and also were able to quickly confirm the cancellation of the airport transport. I’m certain this would have been a very budget friendly and convenient place to stay for a few hours overnight while awaiting my next travel. Thank you Staff for your patience, professionalism, kindness and quick responses.

The room was small but had the essentials. Bathrooms are communal. Showers are nice. It's everything you would expect from a place that is not super expensive yet has most everything essential. Check in is super convenient. You are sent a room number and lock code. Walk in and find your room. Easy peezy

The facilities were nice, and the staff were very helpful. It’s not the Guesthouse’s fault, but transportation from the airport and to anywhere around the area is limited and pricey. I guess that’s just the nature of things there. Otherwise, my needs were satisfied.

Guesthouse provides a stopover for the airport but little else. Reception isn't necessary as the code to the room is emailed in advance. Location is in a carpark on the edge of town with no local facilities. However, the guesthouse is clean and functional and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and the staff is amicable. The hotel is ideal for those with connecting flights. The area is not very walkable but other than that we had an excellent stay.

this guesthouse is in a convenient and good location for the airport with an airport shuttle also! lovely man who took us to the airport. the facilities such as shower and kitchen were good. beds where comfy and rooms big enough. the only downfall was the leather headboards were coming apart and the pillows and bed become covered in leather from this which is uncomfortable and itchy.
