A one night stay en-route from Heraklion airport with late check in at 1.00 am - greeted by a very friendly reception and shown to a clean spacious room. Great breakfast buffet in the morning. Very reasonable parking at the public parking at the marina just opposite. Highly recommend.

Probably not a five star

The hotel is located in the center of the city with a very good view to the harbor and waterfront. Saturday night we could not sleep because of heavy noise outside.

Séjour de 4 nuits en DP. Excellent emplacement, au pied de la vieille ville et de la plage et au calme. Buffet du pdj et du dîner parfait. Le personnel du restaurant est trop sympa. La piscine est petite,mais existante. Le grand plus ceux sont les vélos mis à disposition gratuitement par l'hôtel. 15 à 20 minutes à pieds du terminal de bus mais le chemin est très agréable et traverse la vielle ville.

The room was terrible although it was a purchased upgrade. The extra bed for the third person was on a mezzanine where you had to climb a ladder and not stairs. The small mezzanine was boiling hot as the A/C did not cool it. The hall ways had no air conditioning. They would open the windows to get air in when it was 33 degrees celcius outside. The elevator for one person with 1 suitcase not more. Terrible experience. This was a 3 star at best. Shameful that it’s somehow rated a 5 star. Terrible

Loved this location in the center of Old Town Rethymnon. Hard to find but worth the effort! Make sure you have a balcony view of the city and harbour. Property has two decks for sunning or relaxing. Breakfast is an option and advertised as on the balcony which it was not. We opted for the restaurant option a very short walk away and was not disappointed. Parking is quite a walk away but was easy to access. Heads up, Google Maps takes you to the opposite side of town where there is a boardwalk only.

There’s no free parking as advertised. The bathroom was smaller than shown in the pictures of the room. The shower had a round door like you find in a motor home. It was so small I had a hard time bending over to wash my feet. The bed was too soft for me The view was very nice

Nettes Hotel ,aber sehr laut an der Strasse gelegen und 200m vom Strand entfernt! Aussenpool zwar vorhanden, aber sehr, sehr winzig und nicht das, was man sich erwartet, wenn man ein Strandhotel bucht!
