The hotel is in a really nice area of Rethymno. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the breakfast, wasn’t what you’d expect at a 4star hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel itself was excellent – the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The surrounding area is a hidden gem in Europe. There are incredible restaurants offering what feels like 5‑star Michelin meals at budget prices, and the beaches directly outside the sister hotel, Bio Beach Hotel, are perfect for a lazy day in the sun. That said, there were a couple of small issues. The location of the hotel felt a little cramped, and the lift getting stuck a few times was unsettling, especially for my 12‑year‑old son. The dining options at the hotel also felt repetitive, and the buffet closing at 9:30pm seemed too early for guests who prefer a later dinner. Despite these minor drawbacks, this is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. With a little more variety in the dining and some improvements to the lift, it could easily be perfect. ⭐ Rating: 4/5

Nice room, great pool and a huge big breakfast buffet. Unfortunately we went when it was holidays so lots of people and kids but it was still really great. They had a live culture band which where mesmerising and 6 dancers which was really special! We loved our stay.

I have only positive comments and no complaints. Everything was perfect. I have stayed in many accommodations throughout Rethymnon and this is by far the best in every regard. Wonderful and professional staff, absolutely delicious food, beautiful courtyard, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, live entertainment, excellent location.

Lovely hotel with very good pool and food

We had a great stay, the room was comfortable, the pool lovely and HEATED a massive bonus in April. Food was always tasty, but could be busy with a bit of elbow barging by some of the other guests! A couple of small details could be improved - the gym was closed which was a shame, there was no notice of this. Our room was se up for 3 rather than four, and the kettle didn't work. The WiFi was good, but sometimes intermittent. Despite these minor issues, we had a great time and would definitely book again.

We paid a pretty reasonable price for this beaitiful hotel. Facilities are new and clean. The spa is small but very nice , they only take 6 people per time. The hotel is not in the seafront as I thought but it has its own sun loungers/bar services at the rethymno beach which is one small block away. We had half board booking and the breakfast buffet was very good with great variety of food. Dinner buffet was okay, not the best food we've had in hotel buffets but also not terrible. I believe it to be fair for the price we paid. The area around is really nice, with restaurants, cafes, shops along the beach and only 10min walk to Rethymno old town. Parking was a bit difficult at times but manageable if you follow the greek rules of parking which is none 😂 Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and its services. They even offered some entertainment at the bar area during the weekend. It was just a shame that the pool was not heated enough for kids to be able to swim more comfortably/often. (We went during Easter).

Ho soggiornato per 9 giorni a fine agosto con mia moglie e mio figlio Bellissimo hotel, camere molto belle e spaziose, io avevo 2 camere e 2 bagni. I clienti eran quasi tutti tedeschi. Hotel vicino alla spiaggia, spiaggia attrezzata con lettini e ombrellone.a 80 metri circa gratis per i clienti dell'hotel, con possibilità di mangiare in spiaggia. Per 5 giorni mare tranquillo, gli ultimi giorni mare mosso. Molto gentile e cordiale il personale del bar e della sala, quasi ogni sera vi era uno spettacolo dalle 20,30 alle 22,30, molto bello lo spettacolo di musica e danza cretese, con i ballerini di sirtaki

Hotel molto bello, stanze ampie e pulite. Si trova 2 min a piedi dalla spiaggia convenzionata e a 10’min a piedi dal centro. Ottima posizione. Non ha parcheggio privato, bisogna trovarlo sulla strada oppure posteggiare al parcheggio pubblico al porto

Fint hotell, nær stranda.

Bodd på dette hotellet flere ganger pga beliggenhet og bra service med hyggelige ansatte. Hatt halvpensjon alle gangene da det var vært variert og bra utvalg av mat, men var skuffet denne gangen pga kjedelig og smaksløs mat, endte med at vi spiste på Gamlebyen flere ganger.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereich, das einzige Manko war das Essen, von 10 Sternen würde ich 3 - 4 Sterne geben, außer die griechischen Gerichte waren sehr wohlschmeckend.

Das Preisleistungs Verleistungs ist in Ordnung. In underem Zimmer waren die Assesoirs ( Badetuchstangen, WC Rollenhalter Glashalter ect alle lose oder defekt. Der Fitnessraum war extrem klein 2 Laufbänder und 1 Seilzug, also nicht wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Das Essen war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich, Pool tip top sauber, Spielplatz für Kinder. Das Hotel ist an einer sehr guten Lage.

Fantastisk hotell for både voksne og barn 😃Vårt tredje opphold på Bio og vi har vært like fornøyd hver gang. Flotte nyoppussa rom, god mat og en svært hyggelig betjening 😃Det eneste som trekker ned er at vi måtte betale for solsenger på stranda, siden vi hadde booka fra Hotels.com.

L’hôtel est très bien situé à une minute de la mer et proche du centre de Rethymnon. Les chambres sont très agréables et les activités du soir s’arrêtent à 23h, ce qui est appréciable. La nourriture est excellente à l’exception des confitures du petit déjeuner qui sont très industrielles. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances et sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné au bio suite. Une petite amélioration pourrait être envisagée avec par exemple, l’installation d’une table de Ping Pong ou d’un baby foot pour occuper les ados !

Très bel hôtel récent, personnel très agréable et à nos petits soins. Petits dejeuner et diner sous forme de buffets copieux, variés et de bonne qualité, animations féquentes le soir. Hôtel situé au centre ville ce qui permet d'aller se promener facilement à pied la journee et le soir, et à proximité de la plage. Nécessité de s'exprimer en anglais comme dans le reste de la crête .

OK, men ikke topp standard

Bra hotell, men grei standard. Litt varmt på soverommet siden aircondition var sperret på 24 grader. I tilegg var renholdet så som så. Tror det er mulig å få gratis solsenger på stranden - det hadde ikke vi, men nabo-anlegget på stranden hadde gratis senger med bedre service. Likevel fint med badehåndklær til stranden. Når det gjelder treningsrommet var det svært varmt med høy fuktighet grunnet SPA anlegget. I tillegg var det dårlige og få apparater, hvor det var feil på et par av disse (ble dog fikset etterhvert). Jeg mener rommet ikke egner seg for trening.

Very kind personnel, room well equipped, nice beach is close even with WI-FI. Best cookies for the lunch and dinner ever. Hard to find close parking place. A bit small of them to ask extra money to use the safe, that is in the room anyway. Otherwise perfect place, we would definitely come back. Worth the four stars.
