I also encourage you to go try the the Hatay Doner a few doors down, delicious food and lovely staff who were very helpful and lovely to us who didn't speak English. "Avoid at all cost. Poor management, bad rooms overall. Heating did not work, breakfast was really bad. Room floors and walls of the room were dirty. Bathroom was clean enough. People smoked indoors of the hotel. "
