Beautiful hotel and casino. We stayed in Birch Tower. Room was large with a comfortable bed, two chairs and small table. Has a nice large shower. Also had a small fridge and coffee maker. We ate dinner at Hannah’s Table, excellent food and very reasonable prices. We will stay here again when in town.

The staff were amazing and we were really happy with our room! It was very clean. The gym is on the smaller side, but everything worked and was in good condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful staff (Wendy stands out) also Crystal. Wendy accompanied us to our room to make sure we were satisfied. We also appreciated the 10th floor Birch tower housekeeper. We made a last minute trip for our anniversary and were treated Royally. They are making many improvements, we look forward to returning in the future to enjoy their improved accommodations.

The room itself was very clean, although it smelled oddly of sawdust and chemicals when we entered. The beds are very comfortable, but there’s an outdoor venue next-door to the hotel that hosts loud dance parties very late into the night, which was incredibly disruptive to a decent night sleep.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Our suite was nice and clean. Minus 1 star only because buffet was not available yet & also pool is advertised as an amenity but also not available. Regardless our stay was good and would recommend!

They put a $200 hold on my card. Then turned around and charged me two times for our $47 dollar breakfast and then they charged me a $112 for something else. When I called them they transferred me to a voicemail. You can’t put lipstick on a pig and call it something different. Pictures are deceiving. The whole place smells of smoke. Room was halfway cleaned.

Well, i booked this property because of the pool and jacuzzi, because we came after skiing. Both are not available because it is not the right season. The place supposed to have all you can eat buffet , but it was under the construction. Now we have to deal with a tobacco smoking place.

DO NOT STAY!!!!! Rooom 1581 is aparently right under the gym on the 16th floor! I found this out after waking up 3 mornings to insanely loud BOOM noises at 730 or so each morning. Finally after the 3rd morning of this I called the front desk to have them address whomever was in the room upstairs and found out that this was where the gym is! They shouldn't be renting that room out without warning people. Spoke to the front desk and explained how terrible of an experience this was and how it was jarring to wake up to the loud booms, then to have constant noise all morning till around noon when people stopped using the gym. The front desk didn't offer anything. No discount, nothing. Paid several hundreds for the room for 5 nights, played at their tables, and they don't care if you get a good night sleep. Stay away. Block room also cost MORE than a 3rd party!!!!

THE shuttle service to the airport was top notch, bell service was just as good, these boys deserve all the credit. The reasoning behind the bad score was the black jack dealer, she just did not want anybody interrupting her dead night and let everyone at the table feel so uncomfortable sitting down. She had a huge stick stuck up somwhere.

Beautifully appointed room that was clean & quiet. However, walking into the property required entering through the casino, which smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. This was unexpected as I did not know that any public building allowed smoking indoors. Also, I made multiple attempts to add a friend’s name to my reservation as she was traveling separately and arrived a few hours prior to me. The front desk staff said they could not do this without having signed documents with her name & credit card information on it in order to allow her to check in to our room prior to my arrival. She and I both have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, were traveling to meet a group of friends also diagnosed with this disease with an overnight stop in Reno, and she had just endured a harsh chemotherapy treatment the day prior to arrival, and was told she could not go access our room before I got there. Very disappointed in how this was handled by staff.
